The rules for using partsify.io and the terms under which Partsify damage and repair-cost reports are provided.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules (the "Rules") set out the terms and conditions for the use of the website Partsify.io (the "Website") and the services provided through it (the "Services").
2. Definitions
2.1. For the purposes of these Rules, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3. User Account
3.1. Certain Services may require the creation of an Account. Users can create an Account by registering with an email address and password and activating it via email.
4. Reports
4.1. Users can purchase Reports directly through the Website. After payment confirmation, the Report generation process starts automatically and results are typically available within a few minutes.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Users agree:
- Not to engage in unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, or system interference.
- Not to overload or disrupt Website operations.
- Not to use the Website for unlawful purposes.
- To provide accurate information and use the Website in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Services and Payments
6.1. The Service agreement is deemed concluded once payment is received by Partsify.
7. Consumer Rights
7.1. Private Users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, except in cases where the Service has already been delivered (e.g., a Report was generated immediately after payment).
8. Data Protection
8.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Partsify Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
9. Modification or Termination of Services
9.1. Partsify reserves the right to modify its Services, pricing, or these Rules at any time. If changes materially affect Private Users, Partsify will provide reasonable prior notice via email.
10. Liability
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partsify shall not be liable for:
- Any losses resulting from reliance on the information provided in Reports, or
- Damages caused by inaccuracy or incompleteness of data from third-party sources.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All materials, code, designs, and content on Partsify.io are owned by Partsify or used under valid licenses.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Rules and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Partsify is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
13. Security and Information Protection
13.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for securely logging out of sessions, especially on shared devices.
14. Final Provisions
14.1. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between the User and Partsify.
